Diesel engine and Turbocharger Manufacture, Rebuild and Maintenance

TLA has started manufacturing and rebuilding Diesel engines and Turbochargers in 2015 in order to meet the requirement of our customers who were concerned about their aged locomotives and their essential parts, especially Engine and Turbocharger. a new factory were constructed for this purpose, and equipped with sophisticated facilities for welding and machining.

• Manufacturing 65 turbochargers for GE Locomotives
• Rebuilding tens of turbochargers for GE Locomotives
• Manufacturing 50 crank cases for EMD 16-645E3B diesel engines
• Rebuilding tens of EMD 16-645E3B diesel engines
• Rebuilding over 70 diesel engines for EMD locomotives(Models: G8, G12, G22)
• Rebuilding over 30 diesel engines for GE locomotives(Models: C30-7I and U30C)
• Rebuilding 5 diesel engines for ALSTOM locomotives(Models: RK215)
• Rebuilding 2 diesel engines for HITACHI locomotives
